Helping Hands recently completed a one time move out clean for us and I was WOWED by the team and their work. My house was "clean" but they took it to a whole new level. It sparkled and shined after their hard work. I would highly recommend them. They are great about communication and their rates are fair. I hired them initially based on recommendations from others and the lowest quote. However theirs was the only quote of all that I received that included a time limit (instead of simply a move out clean including X, Y and Z). I questioned this initially because 2 hours does not seem like enough for a move out clean to me, even with 2 people. The owner assured me it should be, and she was not a stickler on this issue. It took 3 1/2 hours and I am told the extra time was due to so much dog hair (house was completely empty after move out and lived in by a typical single gal with a dog). I was billed for the original quote PLUS the additional time. I reached out to them and based on this issue and a broken blind valance clip (easy $5 repair) and received a 13% discount and was re-billed. Even with these small issues the cost was fair and the work was amazing. I would hire them again and highly recommend. --- Wendy Blyth-- Anna, TX

Had one team of two girls come out today for an initial/deep clean. They did amazing! I have a 2bd/2ba apt and they were finished within 1.5 hours. My apartment smells amazing and most of my dogs hair has been taken care of! I wanted to meet them first and see how they did, but I’ve now signed up for bi-weekly cleanings because they did such an awesome job! Also, I notified them on my allergies to mint and lavender and they were very accommodating and brought different supplies to assure no allergic reaction!
